Center Island is part of the island archipelago IJburg Amsterdam. About 1,300 homes with a sustainable character will be built on the center island. There will also be various facilities such as schools and other public facilities. Center Island is the link to Strandeiland, the ultimate 'city center' of IJburg, with shopping facilities and the large city beach, overlooking the IJmeer. Center Island will have an urban living environment with an intimate indoor environment. The building blocks are staggered and vary in size. The indicative price list shows the target prices and approximately m2 of the homes. The target prices are based on a basic price for the house with interior walls and doors, electricity and piping, meter cupboard and heating installation. The garden, a loggia or other outdoor space and the like are added to this. The target prices are also exclusive of the lump sum payment of the ground lease (based on an annual ground rent payment), including VAT on the land value and excluding a parking space.

Buying a home?
