Good news! From Friday 5 July next, the sale of the 58 suites in the Sluisbuurt will start.


Register
From Friday 5 July at noon, you can register via the online registration form on the website thesuites.nl and indicate your final preferences for building numbers. From then on, you will find all information on that site, such as price list, technical description, floor plans and a handy Home Selector. The deadline for registration is Monday 15 July at 09.00.

Living in the / suites

- The perpetual ground lease (Algemene Bepalingen 2016 gemeente Amsterdam) is applicable. There is a choice to pay an annual canon (target price € 2.050 per year) or opt for perpetual redemption
- No parking space for sale and no on-street parking permit will be issued
- Expected start of construction is at the end of this year.

- The homes are subject to the self occupancy requirement, as established by the municipality for new construction for sale homes. The homes may only be occupied by the owner. There are some exceptions, including rental to a first-degree family member, such as partner and children.


A city island within the ring road!
The Sluisbuurt is located on the western tip of Zeeburgereiland, a green and watery city island within the ring of Amsterdam.
