- The perpetual ground lease (Algemene Bepalingen 2016 gemeente Amsterdam) is applicable. There is a choice to pay an annual canon (target price € 2,400 per year) or opt for perpetual redemption
- No parking space for sale and no on-street parking permit will be issued
- The homes are subject to the self occupancy requirement, as established by the municipality for new construction for sale homes. The homes may only be occupied by the owner. There are some exceptions, including rental to a first-degree family member, such as partner and children.


A city island within the ring road!
The Sluisbuurt is located on the western tip of Zeeburgereiland, a green and watery city island within the ring of Amsterdam. The island is completely surrounded by the water of the IJ, the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal and the Binnen- and Buiten-IJ.
