The Frame Building
A total of 69 social rental flats, 37 flats in the middle rental segment and 107 private sector rental apartments will be built in The Frame Building. The apartments range in size from 26 m² to 102 m².
A unique feature of The Frame Building is that the project will be delivered on a turnkey basis with high-quality finishing on the inside and outside. Thus, all windows of the flats are fitted with solar control HR++ insulation glass, the interior walls are finished with glass fleece wallpaper in white, all flats are equipped with a high-quality crystal grey Bruynzeel kitchen with a black worktop. The kitchen is equipped with a 64cm 4 burner induction hob, oven with microwave, extractor hood, fridge and dishwasher. Each apartment is also fitted with a PVC or wooden floor. All private sector rental apartments also have a washing machine and dryer connection.
The flats are connected to Amsterdam's district heating network and the building is completely gas-free! The choice of materials with low environmental impact, such as a rainwater infiltration system and a green roof, contributes to the sustainability ambitions also equipped with solar panels to which the general facilities are connected.

Essentially, you don't need a car, as The Frame Building is a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA train and metro station, and by public transport you can be at key locations such as Amsterdam Zuidas, Amsterdam Central Station and Schiphol Airport within 15 minutes. Planning
Construction of The Frame building started in summer 2021. Forecast completion of The Frame building is the second quarter of 2023.

Conditions
The minimum rental period is 12 months. After 12 months, the rent is terminable per whole calendar month. Service costs amount to 50 euro per month.
To qualify for a rental apartment in The Frame Building, you need a fixed demonstrable gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Holiday allowance, any 13th month and fixed bonuses may be included in this. Any second income of a partner can be counted for 100%.
Rent is only granted to singles, cohabitants and families. This means that house sharers are not allowed.
