Surroundings
Directly next to the apartment is open water where various boats are moored and you can enjoy swimming in the summer. From the roof terrace you look out towards Durgerdam and the IJmeer. You also have this view from the kitchen. The house is very quiet and yet centrally located near the Diemerpark, the new city beach of IJburg and the IJmeer. Schools and shopping center IJburg are also around the corner with various supermarkets and shops. Tram 26 takes you to Central Station within 15 minutes.
