The layout
Entrance on the quiet side of the square. You reach the third floor via the elevator or the stairwell. There is only one other apartment on this floor.

You enter the hall. Here you will find the separate toilet, a spacious bathroom with sink, bath and shower, and a large storage room with connections for washing machine/dryer and a (new!) central heating boiler.

At the front is the spacious, bright living room with open kitchen. The kitchen unit has a special design and has an induction hob from Bosch. The open kitchen is equipped with a built-in fridge and freezer (Bosch)
