It turns to the front where you can’t get enough of the beautiful views of the city and everything that sails on the IJ. In the evening it is wonderful to relax on the terrace and watch the sun disappear behind the many ship docks and the Amsterdam harbor (with cheerful lights).

The luxury kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The Borra hob with hob extractor, a beautiful Gunmetal sink and a dishwasher can be found on and in the cooking and sink island. The man-sized refrigerator, a separate freezer and an excellent oven with microwave (Siemens) can be found in the wall cupboard next to it.

The entire apartment has a beautiful oak parquet floor in herringbone pattern. The walls and ceilings have been plastered. Tasteful spots and ventilation are beautifully concealed in the ceiling by means of design grids. To and from the ms. van Riemsdijkweg
You can easily walk to the city on foot. Just cross the ferry and you are in the center of Amsterdam. Just as convenient by bike, even if you make the crossing to the directly opposite Pontsteiger in the Amsterdam Houthaven. Public access is at your feet with both ferries and with stops on the Klaprozenweg. The North/South line is just a bit further to the east, but you can get there in no time by bike.
The car, or rather: both cars are assured of their own parking lots in the building and by car you can reach the Ring or citycenter via the IJ-tunnel in no time. Safe and fast.
