- The landlord charges a one-time administration fee of € 75,-;
- Deposit is 1 month rent.

Minimum rental period
The property is available immediately. The rental contract will start as soon as possible after the viewing. The lease is entered into for a minimum of 12 months. Interim the first 12 months cancellation is not possible. After this a notice period of one month applies.
